Store Policies
All orders will be shipped in accordance to the Fed Ex schedule for that zone. No residential orders will be delivered on Mondays. Therefore, in order to ensure the freshness of our product, residential orders will be shipped at our discretion.
To ensure quality product delivery, the ordering party is responsible to provide correct delivery address and guarantee delivery party will obtain product after being left at destination. We are not responsible to replace a gift basket if the recipient is not at home, the wrong address was provided, or has been discharged from a medical facility. We cannot be responsible for Act of God occurances that delays the shipment. Our policy is to submit all claims for the customer, but ultimately Federal Express is responsible to replace spoiled product due to Act of God (inclement weather) that caused delay in shipping.
